1General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the Bangla Font platform and all its services. By accessing Bangla Font through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Bangla Font is an internationally licensed online betting platform offering Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and more. All services are operated in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Bangla Font reserves the right to partially or fully update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified on the platform and via their registered email when changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Account Registration

You must create an account to access Bangla Font's services. Accurate and truthful information is required at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account closure at any time and forfeiture of your balance.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• You may not create or manage an account on behalf of another person.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must be active and accurate.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.

3Age Verification & KYC

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Bangla Font platform. Any user who registers or attempts to register under the age of 18 will have their account immediately closed.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, Bangla Font may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary hold on withdrawal processing.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Bangla Font supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal limits are determined by account level
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Bangla Font offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and other promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, which are clearly stated in English on the respective offer page.

General bonus terms and conditions:

• The welcome bonus is available on your first deposit only.
• Wagering requirements may vary for each bonus.
• To qualify for a bonus, a deposit must be made within the specified time window of the offer.
• Only one bonus offer may be active at a time.
• Any attempt to abuse or manipulate bonuses may result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.
• Bangla Font reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on Bangla Font. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳10.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by market and account level.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change at any time.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Bangla Font reserves the right to void that bet.
• In accumulator bets, if one selection is void, the entire accumulator may be affected.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, settlement will follow Bangla Font's own rules. Generally, if the match does not resume within 48 hours, the stake will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bangla Font platform:

• Transactions involving illegal funds or money laundering
• Betting via automated bots or software
• Placing bets with prior knowledge of an event's outcome (match fixing)
• Abusing bonuses through multiple accounts
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform
• Attempting to access or use another person's account
• Spreading false information with the intent to damage the platform's reputation

Any account found involved in the above activities will be immediately and permanently closed, and all balances will be forfeited. Relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.

8Responsible Gaming

Bangla Font takes responsible gaming very seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment and should never become an addiction.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Bangla Font may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• If KYC verification fails or false documents are submitted
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)
• Involvement in prohibited activities
• At the user's own request

Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) in a permanently closed account will generally be refunded, unless evidence of prohibited activity is found.

Inactive accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee. Accounts inactive for 12 months will be archived.

11Limitation of Liability

The Bangla Font platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Temporary disruptions may occur due to technical reasons. In such circumstances, Bangla Font may be exempt from liability for any resulting losses.

Bangla Font is not responsible for the following:

• Losing a bet due to internet connectivity issues
• Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence
• Delays or issues with third-party payment gateways
• Temporary service interruption due to unexpected server outage
